If you have been sent a link to this page, it may be that we are ceasing to operate real money gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which you are based. Please review the information below carefully, and should you have any further questions please visit the Help Center or contact Support.
Our management team regularly reviews our operations along with independent 3rd party professionals to assess the business risks and opportunities for our brands on a market-by-market basis. Following our most recent review, it was determined that we would no longer offer real money services in certain countries.
We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you’ve enjoyed your experience. If you enjoy playing poker we invite you to use your existing account on our play money site. Your account remains open and accessible and your funds may be withdrawn at any time.
Whether we have ceased operations in your area, or you have moved to a jurisdiction where we do not operate, your account balance is completely safe. Our license requires us to keep customer funds separate from the company’s operating funds. We have always complied with this requirement and continue to do so for all of our player and customer deposits.
The Cashier is still available for you to withdraw funds from your account.
If you have played poker with us in the past and have any unused T$, T€ and/or Tournament Tickets in your account, they will automatically be converted into their equivalent cash value upon entering the Cashier. Freeroll and StarsCoin buy-in tickets have no real money buy-in value, and are therefore ineligible for credit.
If you have registered for an upcoming real-money online poker tournament, you have been unregistered and the buy-in amount (if any) returned to your account.
You will be able to use your StarsCoin in the Rewards Store to purchase Rewards and Rebates. These Reward and Rebates, once purchased, result in cash being instantly deposited into your account. These funds will be immediately available for withdrawal.
To make a withdrawal request, log in to your Stars Account and visit the Cashier.
A pop-up screen will prompt you to withdraw your account balance (including the cash value of any T-Money or Tournament Tickets you may have, if applicable). Click ‘Withdraw’ and then select from the available withdrawal options. If you click ‘Close’ you will still be able to initiate a withdrawal by clicking the ‘Withdraw’ button in the Cashier. You may also be able to log in to your account via the website, and visit the Cashier by clicking the ‘Account’ button.
Carefully review the information on the screen showing withdrawal options before completing your withdrawal request. If you see that the card or account designated to receive your withdrawal has been cancelled or has expired, please cancel your withdrawal request and contact Support.
Options available will depend on your country of residence. Please make sure to check the Cashier for the options and limits available to you.
NOTE: Some withdrawal options will only be available if you have used those payment methods to deposit in the last 12 months.
Once you submit your withdrawal request, an email notification will be sent to your registered email address confirming each transaction made within your Stars Account. Always refer to your confirmation email after you've made a withdrawal to confirm how your funds will be processed.
Please note that in the event of us ceasing real money operations in a particular jurisdiction we would anticipate a high volume of withdrawal requests, and therefore you may experience a slight delay in the processing and delivery of your funds. Rest assured that your funds are safe and we will process your request as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, real-money transfers between customers or sites are not allowed.
In the event that you are now resident in a country that is not a prohibited jurisdiction, and can prove it, you are free to use our services from your new residence. However, to do so, you will be required to submit proof that you are actually resident in another location to have your privileges reinstated. Acceptable proof consists of copies of government-issued photo identification as well as a recent utility bill showing your new physical address.
Please contact Support to handle this process.
